Intro to Yoga Part 3 (4-Week Series on Saturdays 8 - 9:15am)
This 4-week series completes the Alameda Intro to Yoga series. Though it compliments the two previous series, attendance in the past series is not required for the course. Balance postures will be explored with the support of a teacher in a small group setting. If you want to learn yoga and are too nervous to try it in a larger group class setting, this is the right match for you! With only 5 students, you will get the attention that you need. You will be signed up for every Saturday from 8/4 to 8/25/18!
